💌 1. What is Yukana Studio?

Yukana Studio is an independent art brand by Japanese artist Yukana, born on the same day as Picasso. Her work transforms emotion into color — and now into wearable and collectible art.
Each piece is printed from her original paintings and designed to make you feel something real.

🧵 2. Are the products made to order?

Yes. Every piece is made to order through high-quality print-on-demand production.
This helps reduce waste and ensures your product is created just for you.
You’ll always receive a freshly printed item — never old stock.

🚚 3. How long does delivery take?

Production usually takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery times vary depending on your region:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Asia & Australia: 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

💳 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

👕 5. How do I choose my size?

Each apparel product includes a size chart in the product images.
If you prefer a looser, streetwear-style fit, we recommend sizing up.

♻️ 6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge.

🖼️ 7. Are these original paintings or prints?

Our clothing, tote bags, mugs, and posters are printed from Yukana’s original artworks.
You can also find her original paintings available under the “Originals” collection — these are one-of-a-kind pieces.

🎁 8. Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?

Yes! You can leave a short message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order in a beautiful minimalist card. Perfect for birthdays or art lovers.

🌿 9. Where are the products made?

We work with eco-conscious production partners in the UK, USA, and Japan to keep delivery times short and quality high.
Your order will ship from the closest fulfillment center to your location.
